- Mar 5 — Date that Menger Hotel will release our reserved rooms
- Mar 10 — Last day of abstract submission
- Mar 15 — Abstract acceptance notifications
- Mar 20 — Last day of online registration (IMPORTANT NOTE: after this date, if you do not plan to be scheduled
for a talk or a poster, you can still register at the registration desk, in which case you will pay $25 more in registration fee;
however, if you also submitted an abstract and want to give a presentation at the conference, you will be included in the
scientific program only if you registered and we received your payment by this date)
- Mar 25 — Conference program posted on conference website
- Apr 6 — Registration desk will be open during 5-7pm in the Menger Hotel
- Apr 7 — First conference session starts at approx. 8am; Welcoming reception, approx. 6:45pm-9pm
- Apr 8 — Awarding of the Popov Prize
- Apr 9 — Conference dinner, approx. 6:30pm
- Apr 10 — Estimated end of last conference session: 6pm.
