- Oct. 14 — Last day of online registration (IMPORTANT NOTE: after this date, if you do not plan to give a talk or present a poster, you can still register at the registration desk, in which case you will pay a higher registration fee; however, if you also submitted an abstract and want to give a presentation at the conference, you will be included in the scientific program only if you registered and we received your payment by this date)
- Oct. 21 — Conference program posted on conference website
- Nov. 4 — Registration desk will be open during 9am-5pm in the Menger Hotel and again at 7am

- Nov. 4 — Two minitutorials will be held; all conference participants are welcome to attend
free of charge (times: 10am-12noon and 2pm-5pm)
- Nov. 5 — Business meeting, 6pm-7pm
- Nov. 5 — Welcoming reception, 7pm-8pm
- Nov. 7 — Conference dinner, 7:00pm
- Nov. 8 — Last conference session: 3-4:40pm.
