The first talks of the meeting will take place on Sunday morning (May 22) at 08:15. There is no opening ceremony. We recommend that you arrive in San Antonio on Saturday so as not to miss any of the talks. The registration desk will be open during the hours 5pm-7pm on Saturday in the lobby of the hotel. It will also be open 7am -- 6pm on Sunday through Wed in the foyer in front of the main ball rooms. There will be a complimentary welcoming reception on Sunday at 18:45 in the Minuet room. The conference dinner will take place on Tuesday May 24 at 19:00 in the Minuet room. This event is open to ticket holders only. The last talks of the meeting will conclude at approximately 19:00 on Wednesday, May 25. As a courtesy to the speakers in these last sessions, please try to stay through the entire meeting.
