The conference organizers have negotiated special rates at the hotels listed below. Participants are responsible for making their reservations by communicating directly with the hotel. Additional fees for parking may be charged at some hotels.
We encourage you to make your hotel reservations as early as possible. Due to tourist travel to Nashville during the spring/summer months, hotel rooms near Vanderbilt may be difficult to find. If the rooms we have blocked are not reserved early, the hotels have the option to reduce the number of rooms being held for conference participants.
