- May 1 — Last day of online registration (IMPORTANT NOTE: after this date, if you do not plan to be scheduled
for a talk or a poster, you can still register at the registration desk, in which case you will pay a higher registration fee;
however, if you also submitted an abstract and want to give a presentation at the meeting, you will be included in the
scientific program only if you registered and we received your payment by this date)
- May 5 — Scientific program posted on symposium website
- May 16 — Registration desk will be open during 5-7pm in Wilson Hall (Vanderbilt University)
- May 17 — First conference session starts at 8am; Welcoming reception, 5:10pm
- May 18 — Shanks Lecture by Professor Charles K. Chui (3:30pm) followed by a barbecue dinner
- May 19 — Symposium dinner at the University Club, 6:45pm
- May 20 — Meeting ends at 4:40pm
