| Hotel Shuttles | Most area hotels have their own courtesy shuttle service from the airport. A hotel/motel phone board with automatic dial to nearly 40 hotels in the Nashville area is located on the baggage claim level. Hotel shuttle service is on an as needed basis, so be sure to call your hotel to let them know of your travel arrangements. |
| Taxi | Taxi will probably cost you around $25 to your hotel. |
| Bus | The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) Bus #18 leaves the airport 14 times a day, Monday-Friday; 4 times a day on Saturdays and Sundays. The cost for a one-way ride on this route is $1.55. A schedule for bus #18 can be obtained at the Welcome Center, which is on the baggage claim level. Note: Upon boarding bus #18, buy a transfer ticket (10 cents). The bus will take you to the Petway Transit Center. Get off the bus at the center and board bus #3 to Vanderbilt University area. Give transfer ticket to bus driver and inform him of your destination hotel. |
| Airport Express Shuttle Service (Recommended) |
Gray Line operates van service to downtown hotels from the airport every
15 minutes from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM. Average
trip time is 30 minutes. Fare is $11.00 one way or $17.00 round
trip. Tickets for this service can be purchased at the Gray Line ticket
counter, which is located on the ground transportation level to the left
of the main entrance/exit doors. This shuttle will take you directly to your hotel. |
