Conference location
Most participants will be staying in Scarritt Bennett Center. The conference will be held in the Laskey Building on the 2nd Floor in room Laskey C. The Laskey Building is also known as Guest Check-In. The address is 1008 19th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212. However, the parking is on 18th Ave S in Scarritt Parking A or Scarritt Parking B. Once you arrive in Nashville, you should take a shuttle. There is the Grayline Shuttle that can be reached at 615.275.1180, or the InShuttle where reservations are made online.

For check-in, you would need to go to the Laskey Building which is where the Front Desk is located on the 1st Floor. A Front Desk Associate will be on staff from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm to assist with Guest Check-In. Once the Front Desk Associate has left the office, a Security Guard is on staff for late arrivals. Meals

If you are staying in Scarritt Bennett Center and you are supported by the conference organizers, you can have breakfasts and lunches at Scarritt Bennett center.

Breafasts. On the 13th, 14th and 15th, breakfast will be served outside the conference room from 7:30 till 9:30. On the 12th anf 16th, it will be served in the Susie Gray Dining Hall from 7:30 to 8:30.

Lunches will be served in Susie Gray Dining Hall from 11:30 to 1 pm on the 12th and from 1 pm to 2 pm on the 13th-16th.
